2. Save original cash register receipt.
3. Print coupon (from link above) and complete coupon in its entirety with your name, address, city, state, zip, and store where you purchased your Blue Rhino tank
4. Return completed coupon and original receipt in a stamped envelope before January 31, 2010, to the following address: Blue Rhino Tank Exchange Rebate, PO Box 6075, Douglas, AZ 85655-6075.
5. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing. Limit 1 per household per calendar year.
